In this video tutorial I go over some very simple techniques for dodging and burning your landscape photography in Photoshop. These techniques are what I use for all of my own images, to enhance the composition and highlight elements of interest.

Hi Michael, thanks so much for all your tutorials. Love your work, I’m in Australia, any chance you might come down this way? Watched all your New Zealand adventures, I’m going to start doing some time lapse – thanks to you!
Thanks so much for watching them June! I would absolutely love to make it out to Australia, hopefully in the next year or so 😀
Thanks for the help. Very useful, I had not thought of that way of using dodge and burn. Wacom is a great device for Photoshop.
I am really glad this was helpful, thanks so much for watching!
Michael,
Great techniques you’ve shared.
When can we have a rendering workshop?

Thank you very much for the tutorial. I was fortunate enough to have met you at PhotoPills 2019 and watched your live presentation. However, I was not able to take notes, and had forgotten some of the finer points. This tutorial is catcher very helpful, and very well done.
